Public event featuring a lecture on the nature of community identity and the reality of Goodland's past, followed by a panel discussion with local perspectives and visiting scholars. Brainstorming an action plan will follow, using what participants have learned about the past and plan for the future.

This event is part of a Kansas Town Hall series that explores issues of community identity in Goodland and Sherman County. Additional support is provided by Edith Leveranz Stunkel Foundation of Manhattan, Kansas.
